Using only the very best ex-bourbon American oak barrels, this limited release features a delicate sweetness with an underlying peaty richness.

Brewed, fermented, distilled and bottled in Kinglake using only the very best American oak ex-bourbon barrels, all casks were filled at +/- 61% ABV and reduced to bottle strength using un-filtered spring water derived straight from the source.
