The 'Classic Cut' series is designed to offer a different flavour experience year on year. In 2022, whisky maker Steven Bremner has been given the freedom the explore the distillery's vast inventories.

Joining The Macallan in 2016 as a sampling supervisor, Steven quickly progressed to Apprentice Whisky Maker within the Whisky Mastery Team in 2017 and played a key role in producing the highest quality malts. He took on the role of Whisky Maker in 2018.
